I must confess first off that I'm really not a big fan of Heavy Rock, but after listening to these songs, I was really surprised how much I enjoyed them!
There's something unique about these five songs and it's the fact that each one works independently on it's own. The drumbeat, guitars, and bass are markedly different in each and all are excellent, unlike some groups where both the guitar, bass and drums sound the same throughout each song, an album by REM that I once...
On June 19, 2008 I was accosted via message from Jetpack:Missing - at first I thought "Okay, this is just some Dude check out my stuff. It's the best shiz around." For shiz-n-gigglez I clicked the link and hit play.
After the first tune ListenUp and the tune Withdrawal, I listened to all available tracks, jotted down some notes and decided to review the band. In light of the new method for which I review, on June 24, 2008 I approached Scott, of Jetpack:Missing, for the stories...

ListenUp ~ Very catchy. Heavy punchy groove. With a sweet siren above. Nice useage of harmonics.

Dead Inside ~ Okay, this tune is going to be a trip...it's titled Dead inside and starts out 'happy'. I get it...first instinct was to call a 'moving' song - literally...
